Basic and Advanced Training in Classical Acupuncture
and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM):
Work Group for Classical Acupuncture is an association of healing practitioners, medical doctors and sinologists.
In conjunction with its training centres, Work Group offers a study course encompassing 3 ½ years of professional training in TCM. This training is separate and apart from its diverse offers of advanced training within study groups and departments. Training target groups include: healing practitioners, medical doctors, physiotherapists etc.

A one-year seminar programme on TCM is being offered by the publishers (Verlag für Ganzheitliche Medizin Dr. Erich Wühr GmbH) in co-operation with the TCM clinic in Kötzing. Sources will appeal to both beginners and advanced therapists and are always intensively practice-oriented.

About the author:
Michael Noack is a healing practitioner in Berlin and director of the Department of Ear Acupuncture within the Work Group for Classical Acupuncture and TCM.
The concept:
The book has been primarily designed for medical doctors and healing practitioners. It contains results stemming from many years of practical experience by the author, i.e. concrete suggestions for treatment at current levels of therapeutic approach. This textbook is designed for everyday practice and entails strategies and concepts for treatment, finding point locations, diagnostics, therapeutic indications and counter-indications as well as explanations of the tool kit and the administration of instruments, needles and technical aids.
